We are looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to come on board and get involved in a broad variety of instructions across the residential and commercial sectors including building surveys, defects diagnosis, dilapidations consultancy, architectural design, development monitoring, project management and expert witness.
Partnership and collaboration are one of our core values so we are looking for a Building Surveyor who understands these values, will help drive forward the business and build on our vision to provide the highest quality and most cost effective advice to all our clients.
Ideally the position will be based in Shrewsbury/Telford and will start on a part-time (3 days per week) moving up to full-time as the business grows further. We believe in a healthy work / life balance so flexible working arrangements are available.
Our package will includes a competitive basic salary, bonus, 25 days holiday (pro rata for part-time), and a stakeholder pension.
