Pathway Intermediates appoint Record Associates to Project Manage Warehouse Redevelopment

Record Associates have recently been instructed by Pathway Intermediates to project manage the fitting out and refurbishment of a 50,000 sq.ft industrial unit which has recently been acquired to support the business’ expansion.

“We are delighted to be working with Pathway Intermediates and help them on the next stage of their journey.  This adds to the portfolio of commercial projects we are working on which include a new production facility for Wye Valley Brewery and a new visitor’s centre for Staffordshire Wildlife Trust”

The unit which used to be used for manufacturing armoured vehicles is in poor condition and the works will entail the refurbishment of the roof and roof lights, asbestos removal, stripping out and installation of new services, new epoxy flooring to provide a clean, sanitary environment, new toilets and changing accommodation as well as the reconfiguration of the 8,000sq.ft offices to provide modern office space.

We have been working closely with Pathway Intermediates and the architects, DGA to identify the most cost effective solutions to some of the issues being faced which adds to our philosophy that value is created on the drawing board.

The works are due to start in early 2019 and will be completed by late spring in time for the business to install their process equipment and relocate from their current premises.

The value of the works is confidential.
