On the recommendation of NHS England, Record Associates and AIP Architects have been instructed by a medical practice based in Birmingham to assist with their funding for the Primary Care Infrastructure Fund Application for the £400,000 expansion and redevelopment of their current premises to provide additional services and bring the premises in line with clinical standards.
The application, which was completed within a very short timescale and brought together Record Associates’ property and construction skills with AIP Architects’ skills in a fully integrated manner so we were able to produce a truly best in class piece of work which we hope will help the practice secure the funding.
Julian Record, a former Director at global consultancy Deloitte said “We are extremely pleased with the quality of the application which incorporates a thoroughly thought outline design, proposal and capital costing as well as details round risks, procurement strategy and programme & phasing so the practice has a route map for the successful implementation of the project.
