Famous for outstanding beers such as Butty Bach and HPA, Wye Valley Brewery have commissioned Record Associates to provide Construction Project Management support for the expansion of their site and in particularly the redevelopment of their cask racking, storage and distribution facilities which the brewery have outgrown and now present a range of operational issues.
Having completed the expansion of their new £multi million brew house in 2012, the brewery felt they needed to appoint an experienced (and local) project manager to provide Construction Project Management support on this next phase of development.
This is an exciting commission and one where we feel that Julian’s experience and insight from managing multi-million pound projects has already been used to focus the development brief on what is most important and develop an affordable, value for money solution to their operational issues.
