Whilst working at Drivers Jonas Deloitte I was the lead engagement partner for the provision of project management, cost consultancy and CDM co-ordination services for the relocation of Marketing Birmingham to their new accommodation at Baskerville House.
The project has involved the design of their new accommodation, procurement of listed building consent, contract negotiations and extensive discussions with the landlord around the adaptation of the building to suit their needs.
The works were undertaken using a JCT contract in two separate phases to reflect the two leases which Drivers Jonas Deloitte negotiated for the space. Phase I was completed in October 2011 on time and within budget with Phase II completed in December 2011, again on time and within budget.
