All our expert witness instructions are undertaken by Julian Record, a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in project management and general building consultancy across the public and private sectors.
Julian has completed the Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence and have prepared several CPR compliant expert witness reports either as a single joint expert or a sole expert. This includes disputes over professional negligence, poor building works, housing disrepair, rights of way and boundary related disputes with neighbours. Instructing solicitors include Trowers & Hamlins, Irwin Mitchell, Clarkes, Bourne Jaffa, CMS Cameron McKenna, DAS, DLG, DWF, Terry Jones, Linder Myers and Blake Morgan. Julian has been a RICS Registered Valuer since 2012.
